Beech View Place is an exciting new project in the Sunnyside neighborhood. This $30 Million dollar project will be build on Beechurst Avenue on the site of the former Chico Dairy Building. The project will feature two stories of parking, one story of shops and businesses and apartments on the upper floors. These units will be conveniently located next to the downtown campus of West Virginia University. Sunnyside Up has worked with the developers of this project to insure that it meets the needs of the residents in Sunnyside. We will also be working with the developers to improve access to the Caperton Rail Trail.
