We are very pleased to provide an online data base of properties in the Sunnyside neighborhood. We will expand this data base in the coming months to include information that can be of assistance to renters when looking for an apartment. It will also document the improvements to properties and provide contact information for the property owners or rental managers. We would appreciate any input or suggestions on how we can utilize the data base to assist both property owners and renters.
