The Sunnyside Up Project: Campus Neighborhoods Revitalization Corporation (CNRC), is a collaborative partnership between the City of Morgantown and West Virginia University. Sunnyside Up is working to develop and implement a Revitalization Plan for the Sunnyside neighborhood. Sunnyside is located immediately to the west of West Virginia University's Downtown Campus and adjacent to the Square at Falling Run development, encompassing more than 130 acres of land between Campus Drive, Jones Avenue, Eighth Street and the banks of the Monongahela River.
