Sunnyside Up was approved for a Tax Increment Financing District by the West Virginia Development Office in 2008. This is an exciting project and one that will require an inovative design to address the many challenges and opportunities that we face in the Sunnyside neighborhood. The 1st Phase of the Sunnyside TIF Project was completed in 2010 and planning is now underway for the 2nd Phase of the Sunnyside TIF.
